Tierra Concepts is proud to announce that one of our in-house designers, Luca Marino-Baker, has been awarded the 2022 Santa Fe AIA Associate Award for Design Excellence, Leadership and Service to the Design Community.
Luca Marino-Baker is te Creative Director + LEED AP for Tierra Concepts, Santa Fe’s premier luxury home builder.
Luca’s Bio:
I’m a native Santa Fean whose design sense draws both from my background rooted in New Mexican architecture and the greater world of design. My personal philosophy is avoiding trends in favor of timelessness. I have a BArch from Woodbury University in Los Angeles and am currently in the lengthy process of testing to get my Architectural license. Since 2015, I have been involved with AIA Santa Fe, including serving on the Board in 2017 as Associate Director. After joining the team at Tierra Concepts in 2021, I have gained experience in the design + build process, and understand the immense value in bridging the gap between Architects and Contractors. I count myself as very lucky to be part of the rich design and building community in such a unique and world-class location as Santa Fe.
