It’s all about the breathtaking views in this soft contemporary Tierra Concepts home, where walls of glass greet the eye the moment you enter through the pivoting custom entry door. The spacious open living areas are punctuated by gorgeous views of the Sangre de Cristos, brought even closer when the disappearing glass pocket doors are opened in the living area.

The interiors flirt with a subtle black-and-white palette that includes vertical grain white oak cabinetry, white interior doors, porcelain tile floors that resemble poured concrete, and a combination of soapstone and elegant Carrara marble. The lovely outdoor living and dining area is the icing on the proverbial cake, with steps down to a patio area with a fire pit that allows for conversation and dreamy mountain gazing nearly all year round.
