What stands out to you?
The view! And how Tierra Concepts masterfully captured the view from so many rooms.
You walk in the entryway, which opens up, into a great room, which opens up into the great room fireplace on the left and dining area on the right. There are big floor to ceiling sliding window walls directly overlooking the portal, which has fantastic views out to the Jemez Mountains.
There is a steel pivot door, so that you see the view as you come up to the front door. The entire house is plaster, even the ceiling in the hall – this great central hall that connects both wings of the house, and has views through floor to ceiling glass on either end.
A beautiful master suite with a fireplace and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the landscaped garden and then the mountains. It opens onto a grand master bath with his and her closets, vanities and even water closets and a steam shower. In addition, at the entrance to the master bath there is coffee bar so if you have guest, you can hang out – it also has a mini fridge under the coffee bar.
The master bathroom is different: very big, very bespoke.
A media room/office next to the master suite.
Two guest suites on opposite end of the house for privacy,
The kitchen is very open with a fireplace, it a double side fireplace – with a massive steel sculptural lighting fixture over the island. Fabricated by Gabriel Rippel – it is clad in the same Maple as the floating shelves on the kitchen wall in front of beautiful tile.
Cabinetry by HS Craftsmen, floating shelves that match the trim on the floating sculptural light fixture above the kitchen island.
