Tierra Concepts announces a stunning new custom home for the 2024 Santa Fe Parade of Homes.
The Tierra Concepts entry for the 2024 Santa Fe Parade of Homes is located on spectacular view sites in Las Campanas and is designed by Tierra Concepts’ award winning team of in-house architects.
Hacienda Vaquero is sited overlooking the lake at the Las Campanas Golf Course, with views of the Sangre De Christo mountain range.
With this home, Tierra Concepts heads in an entirely new direction. A modern version of a classic Hacienda, this homes boasts 18′ 10″ ceiling heights in the beautiful great room, supported by timber scissor trusses.
There is a unique wine room, with a vaulted, brick-clad vaulted ceiling, and a custom wine storage system behind glass doors.
Emily Henry, the interior designer, worked wonders in every room of this home, plus the fully contained guest house, complete with it’s own kitchen, bath, and garage.
Emily Henry has created stunning spaces, such as the powder room, which is adorned with wall-to-wall, continuous image wallpaper. When you enter, you feel as if you are in a marvelous landscape.
